Mr Andrew Fox
Position – Managing Director.
Hobbies – Walking, fishing, skiing and golf.
Memorable Achievements – Michelin Bib Gourmand, 2 AA Rosettes, High Sheriff Award, Becoming a Kennel Club Assured Breeder.
Career Highs – Working with the Roux brothers at 3 Michelin star level and achieving Michelin status.
Mr David Bewick
Position – Operations Manager.
Hobbies – Playing guitar, walking, music, traveling, learning languages and reading.
Memorable Achievements – 2 AA Rosettes.
Career Highs – Working at the Savoy with Marcus Wareing and Northcote Manor with Nigel Howarth.
Mrs Kat Pugh
Position – Accounts and HR Manager.
Hobbies – Walking with my dog, outdoor lake swimming, scuba diving, watching and supporting rugby.
Memorable Achievements – Accounting and finance BAHons, BSL level 2 certificate, PADI advanced open water certificate.
Career Highs – Working for Gucci on their finance team, working onboard passenger boats on the Thames .
Mr Micheal Bown
Position – General Manager.
Hobbies – Health & fitness, playing football, sea fishing and learning about military history .
